Everyone should be able to use this site.

What we have tested

The rebuilt pages of this site are built against WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The following has been checked on those pages:

• Text and background colours meet a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1.
• Every page can be operated with a keyboard alone, and whatever you are on is clearly outlined.
• A "Skip to main content" link is the first thing a keyboard or screen reader user reaches.
• Headings, landmarks and lists are marked up properly, so a screen reader announces the page in a sensible order.
• Images that carry meaning have text alternatives. Decorative icons are hidden from screen readers rather than read out.
• Every form field has a visible label attached to it.
• Pages reflow without sideways scrolling down to a 320 pixel wide screen, and at 200% zoom.
• Animation and smooth scrolling switch off automatically if your device asks for reduced motion.

Automated testing cannot catch everything, and a page can pass every check above and still be awkward to use. If something does not work for you, we would rather hear about it.

What is not done yet

• Our booking calendars come from Calendly and our forms from HubSpot. We have set both up as accessibly as their options allow, but we do not control their code. If either gets in your way, call us and we will complete it with you over the phone.
• Older parts of the site have not been rebuilt yet, and have not been tested to the same standard.
• Articles published before the rebuild have not been re-checked, so some may not meet everything listed above.
